So whats the usual process for Play- do orderes go to processing and then packing?

    Or packing and then processing?

Cos my first 3 ordered are processing and my latter 3 are packing!?

I have ordered over 10 items seperately using these vouchers - pls note you WILL get an email asking you to call them for a "security check" due to the large order you have placed.

    Was it a new account?

If so the reason for the "security check" is usually that the address you've given doesn't quite match the one their credit card check has. You tend to get the "security check" once and then you're sorted thereafter. (i don't know for definite - but just from experience with them and several "security checks" in the past)

If anyone doesn't want to call them then usually emailing them the last three digits off the signature strip will keep them happy (since that's what they end up asking for on the phone anyway) (just tell them you've had this problem before and to save you calling) (it'll take longer but it'll save you the phone call).

P.S. if they do call and ask for your postcode (they might ask for that first - to look up your details) - just tell them you've got the order number in front of you - would that be easier - and give them that instead (if you can). (Otherwise if you've got more than one account ;) then they'll all appear on their screen at once).

P.S. in the past i've found that debit cards are less likely to trigger the "security check" procedure with play than credit cards do.

THIS ACCOUNT IS YEARS OLD, THEY ONLY DO THE CREDIT CARD CHECK IF YOU ORDER LOADS, JUST IN CASE SOMEONE IS SCAMMING YOUR CARD - NO OTHER REASON

I GAVE MY POSTCODE, THEY ASKED FOR THE LAST THREE DIGITS ON MY CARD - DONE!!!!

    Order process:

Order Placed -> Processing -> Packing -> Processing -> Posted

The second processing is card authorisation. You'll only be able to determine which "processing" it is if you know what the previous status was!

Yes if they're on the second processing they should ship within 24h. Unless there's a (minor) card security check of course.
