Having recieved one discount code through email I felt really pleased with this offer from the Daily Mail.

In the past 3 hours or so I've browsed this forum and found that indeed there are universal codes, these are codes which have an expiry of 2nd December. I found 8 different ones on this forum. So indeed I placed a rather shocking 9 orders on play.com all using the 5pounds off discount codes. I really didn't expect these to go through, but 3 of these are already being packed. So one can only assume that it works, even if you place 9 orders on one account.

Thank you guys (and indeed i thanked everyone with codes!) and will let you know if play.com block/equiry anything
