Catalogues

We get quite a few catalogues, both for the business and personal. Why o why do they send them in polythene sleeves, which are not recyclable and not a paper envelope which is. I hate the thought of adding to the local landfill.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

cause paper envelope will rip, polythene won't0

Polythene weighs less than an envelope, so it may cost less in postage. Here I go again on my own....0
