we are told to scan all products through first, then total the transaction before putting any vouchers/coupons through.
not scanning products results in wrong stock figures.
wrong stock figures = no delivery = no bits to buy with vouchers!

Ladyluck101, It's great to have a nice SA from Boots!! You can help us make heads and tales from the offers, and perhaps give us the heads up on upcoming offers - pretty please !! And of course you can be a booster!! In my local Boots, the ladies normally marvel at some of the bargains I get (legit, of course) and make mental notes to go get them!! I love it when they do that, because it shows they like the place they work at because it gives such nice bargains to customers and they like it that you're happy with your purchases. Much nicer than some of the stories we hear here. But of course, you might help us a bit with being a bit more forgiving of not-so-nice SAs. There might be memos about abuse of coupons, warnings from headoffice, etc that we are not aware of, so the SAs are often just doing their jobs. If there are any nice national reductions, you could let us know - that way we say the trouble of updating the SELs, since by the time a store gets around to doing it, the stock is gone (just helping you guys out!!).

Princess coupon, that is terrible news. I hope the administrators are able to ban that person and their ip address so that they cannot use the forum even if they change username. This only goes to show we should shield our anonimity a bit more in here. I hope you look back on this episode as an anedocte about internet forums. I had once a similar but much less troublesome experience when I posted a review of a british attraction on a travel website. I was not particularly keen on the attraction and said so. I got a personal message from someone who only enrolled to write me the message insulting me, that I was illiterate, ignorant, etc. I was really shocked when I read this, my heart raced. I had never been so insulted in my life, especially for writing a travel review, which we all do in goodwill to help others.
I do hope you get past this episode. Just a quick advise: why don't you start from scratch with another username? Your forum history is relatively recent and that way you won't dread reading another rude PM.

I was a bit apprehensive thinking "oh god what will they all saying having an actual boots worker on here"
But I'm actually finding so much stuff out! Printed off my mitchum coupons so will buy mine this weekend...
Saleplan is every 2nd wednesday, the fragrance offers have just changed (wed 27th) so the big salesplan is wed 10th! I'm already looking out for a few good bits...
& dare I say it, only a few weeks until the christmas stock is out!

My shop was ok, i spent some points on reduced stuff and just got some baby wipes, a tea tree mask (cant resist 100 points on a 99p spend ) and used the bogof sun kids essentials on bubble bath for DS. Couldnt be bothered to do more than 1 shop tbh but will be popping in on sunday as Im taking DS to the cinema. Will hopefully nab myself a no 7 gwp and yet more no 7 suncare:rotfl: Also hoping they'll have soap and glory body butter sets left as i want another one for a present. I opened mine last night (anniversary present to myself, me and oh met 5 years ago yesterday!) and i surprisingly liked the peach (dont normally like peachy stuff) but not keen on the blueberry. A bit overpowering like the jam sessions. (that is now DS's:p Thanks again (anything you cant find remember to let me know and ill keep my eyes peeled )
Do the skincare vouchers scan on mens time delay as they didnt last time...Will be good if they do then i can get some bits for oh for xmas. Im hopeful ill find some td wipes on my travels though as i need 3 packs for my xmas hampers! Ill shut up now:rotfl:
P.S You'd be proud of me Tiara, ive been spending my points and am now at £40 from over £100 *sob*

I've just had a hair pampering session, using your products wot that nice Mr Boots has been giving us for next to nothing, and I have to say that they have left my hair feeling really rubbish.....:mad: Lank, dull, sticky, gunky, clarty, (is that a word?)

I used

Long hair shampoo
Long hair intensive conditioner
Blonde glosser
Long hair serum

Followed the destructions exactly, left everything for the required length of time and rinsed well between products....just like wot you said!

Results = yuk!!

You wouldn't be conning us into *ahem* 'buying' this stuff cos its rubbish would you

Now where did I put the Head & Shoulders..... :rolleyes:



Anyone else less than impressed with the stuff??????
