There seems to be a fair amount of confusion about the R&M brushes but as I understand it, of all the small cosmetic R&M brushes that do work with the pinkie, it's only the I-Liner one that doesn't work......

That's correct hun. All packeted R&M brushes @ £5 work bar the i-liner (in packet)
The eyeliner brush on it's own (end of R&M stands) do work no probs.

Sorry, must be me explaining it wrong, i'm pooped today as had 2 hrs kip which was my fault for yabbering then getting up at 5 to clean pee pee carpet lol

Baby and you is the mag(catalouge really) in the baby dept, normally just has pampers vouchers in it, but has a few more this time.

Health and Beauty is the mag we all think of and this should have been hitting stores wed 3rd, but has not arrived wth boots yet so they have estimated 10th as printers promising them delivered in time for changeover...although apparently scotland, birmingham, leeds, manchester etc will get the first batch :)

Save trying to pm over a dozen people(really can't do 240 sec wait and presume it is nice to know I managed my mission!)...all those I said I would try grab mags for today I did(46 pmsl) and have torn them out and posted outside boots lol. I got some seriously funny looks pmsl.

Only one I could not do was the model me for 'researcher' as unfortunately you were at the bottom of the list and I really could not go grab more lol, however I did post the 6 of TD and TS you asked for this morning!

These never go through SS tills though as the barcode is behind opaque (ish) packaging and always has to be manually input by SA, IYSWIM :D

This is what worries me with explaining glitches to SAs...that they might explain them to other SAs and the other SAs may be dragons
I got this questioning today - SA called over a supervisor, who's attitude was "what's the problem, the till says that, so must be right!" - I just took on an attitude of surprise at the good deal I got, & hoped they'd not seen me do it 5 times already! My worry is now that all the staff will snaffle up the good deals before we get there.......
  • i am desperate for a pinky but can't really afford to keep spending £5 to get them i tried to get one today with as little spend as possible. The till prompted the SA to give me one but she refused  I know i hadn't quite spent the £5 as i handed over a voucher which took the amount down but the till saw i had spent the right amount so i should have got one why are they judge and jurry if the till says to give one then they should do their job. I asked if i could have it and she no and next please. Sorry rant over but i can't keep affording to waste money if im not going to get one.
:)Mummy to 2 wonderful boys :)

The old man supervising the tills in Manchester today told me they don't scan but you can manually add the code yourself:confused:
