Desparately unhappy

  • Hi there
Please try and remember how far you have come already. It is easier in some ways to continue to have your head in the sand than to sit up and start to sort it all out. You are taking positive steps in the right direction, and it will start to feel better soon as you start to see the balances yuo owe reducing. All the best and try to keep smiling - it could be worse - your balances could still be on the up....

    Poor Northernbird,

I'm sorry you're having a hard time, and feeling tired and sad. Feeling stressed or low emotionally can really take it out of you physically. It's also horrible feeling that way yet being stuck in the office.

I hope you now know that you do have peope to talk to - all of us! The people on this chat forum are the most understanding, thoughtful and caring people i've ever come across - and they're all really good listeners (er...readers?). Feel free to get things off your chest.

    Take care xxx

  • Hiya,

I posted on here feeling exactly the same as you last weekend. I felt like I was doing everything to try and sort out my big finanical mess but nothing was helping. I got so much comfort and support on this site from loads of wonderful people who made me realise that there is light at the end of the tunnel and it just takes time to see a difference that the changes and efforts you are making will make a difference. Everyone who has been in debt or had money problems has felt very very unhappy at some time or other, but you really do have to remember that tomorrow is another day. You can always come here for support and advice...it has helped me soooo much.

Keep your chin up honey - you are doing all the right things.
    Keep posting

Just one little note from me.

Firt of all. HOORAH. Well done for being on the bath - that's fab.

Secondly - double well done for telling everyone here you're feeling low. It's a great place to do it, and it helps you keep your head up at work, so don't feel bad about coming on here to share - that's the very reason I set this board up, and it lifts me to see how well it works. I find this board very moving sometimes

if your feeling down, dont worry, go with it at least for the day, go home, hot bath (perhaps what martin meant??) jim jams on, duvet on the sofa, chocolate and feel sorry for yourself all evening.

wake up tommorow refreashed feeling better and pat yourself of the back for starting to deal with all this.
