Does anyone know where I can get details of the Milk Act 1934?

I have to find details of the above legislation but everywhere I search I can only find the amended versions.

Please help I need this information ASAP?

I've tried books & the internet.

Ok - It looks like it was repealed in full by the Food Safety Act in 1990 and has been amended several times by various acts post 1934 - so if you are looking for the original version it wont be available in places like lexis and westlaw - you need to go to your law library (are you a law student??) and find it in the statute books for 1934. It should be relatively easy to find (depending on the university and what it has!).

i did that type of stuff at a level - Poor law to welfare state. very interesting indeed.

i know a lot of the poor law books give quite detailed breakdowns of the different acts and papers - i guess it depends on how much info you need
