Almost certainly one of the Advanced Fee Frauds (AFFs), probably originating from one of the nigerian conmen. Anyone falling for it will be asked to pay a large 'handling fee' and then never hear anything else again.

One thing you can do is inform Yahoo that one of their e-mail addresses is being used for a scam, and possible illegal activity. They will close it down immediately because it almost certainly breaches Yahoo's terms and conditions. If you read any of the scam-baiting sites this is one weapon the scam-baiters use to annoy these con-men and make life difficult for them.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

Thanks all. The first thing I did was make a list of all the yahoo and hotmail addresses that are being used and reported them. It's just one scam after another...bulk folder is getting kinda full....
