You could go the theatre on the morning of the show and see if they have any day seats, but they will cost usually about £25 pp for the best available seats. However you would have to get there really early to get these and you have no guarantee of getting seats (especially with it being a Saturday). Saturday is not the best day to get cheap day seats and often deals on ticketmaster etc, do not include Saturdays.

As a regular theatre goer to West End shows I really don't think you'll be able to find anything cheaper than 20 pounds! If you've managed to find tickets for that price to see the Lion King I would say that's pretty much as cheap as it gets so grab them.

Fraid i dont think you'll get anything cheaper for the Lion King its one of those shows that's so popular it doesnt need to reduce tickets as the sell anyway. Try https://www.theatremonkey.co.uk they may have something but youll be very lucky to find something for a sunday. Oh and im 85% sure tkts booth in leicester sq never has cheap tickets for it. have a look at https://www.tkts.co.uk today and see what they have as it wil give you a good indication whether they will be available on the sat you want to go.
  • I am trying to find discounted theatre tickets to see Wicked at Apollo Theatre, London. The cheapest is £82... LOL. (and that's going through the ticket booth, Leicester square and lastminute.com)

Again, Wicked is one of those shows that you will not get cheap tickets for at any of the discount booths.
Last year I got day seats by quequing at the Box Office from 9.00am (opens at 10.00am) and got 2 front row stalls tickets for less than £30, you can only buy two.
The year before we were too late in the queque and the best price I could get was £62.
