Hi
Currently getting refurbishment underway.
One area I am unsure about is order of fitting fireplace vs flooring.
Currently plastering is in progress. Once complete do I get the new fireplace fitted or get new flooring fitted then install fireplace?
Thanks

fit the fireplace first, then the flooring as chances are the new flooring will run up to the fireplace so you want a nice neat finish0
