Hello just had a day off and worked at college from 9.15-8.30 - haha do as i say and not as i do. Porge, you need to do what you are doing now and carry it on. Have fixed times for work and make sure you forget about it in your rest time. The way i try to do that is by making sure that i meet up with my friends and luckily Steve and Andy keep me sane.
Also do walking and exercise and telly and anything else that you enjoy. Remember you deserve to be happy petal. You want to look back at your life and remember all the nice fun things you did not the work. I am going to be bringing a book that might help explain stuff, it is what (bournemeouth, entrepreneur) Andy gave to me. You are listening and I can see that you are going to embrace this fully.
Maybe you could post what stuff you are doing to break out of the cycle on here? maybe not. I dont know. But i do know i like it when you post. We miss ya petal but i am so glad you are not seriously ill. Actually you are very burned out with stress
It will get better. One day all this tiredness will be a thing of the past and you are going to be soo happy and chilled and live happily ever after 'cos you deserve it sooo much.
Ps why dont you own a kilt? isn't that sacrilegious????Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
Dont laugh this is serious, have you tried yoga, exercise, walking by the beach (delete as applicable) a couple of times a week? You time. If you make yourself do that you can't be working and that will ease the stress. When you do get back to work the tasks will be easier to complete as you had some rest time and a chance for your body to recharge. Plus exercise releases endorphins.
I am officially for me fat. I squished into a size 8 suit today and I had to breathe in to do it up. Right even i am going to use blooming trampoline this weekend or i shall explode. If i am going to so can you as i am the laziest exercise moo ever. Deal?Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
Stress does very funny things to us.

Hi George and friends,
Glad your tests came back negative so that must be a relief for you.Just got to get you to not work so hard now. You're doing great at busting that debt as well.Take care x0 -
For a wee while (quite a while ago) i did try going on the treadmill, but my dad complained about the noise - even just walking.
I'm going to rest and hopefully be able to focus better. It's just getting the last of this code out the way and it's turning out to be really fiddly. Will plow through it and have a darn good rest once it's sorted. After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91
Dad Gift 6k ¦ Savings & Inv Tst: £2,500
Loan 10k: £0 ¦ Dad 5.5k: £2,270 ¦ LTSB: £0 ¦ RBS: £0 ¦ Virgin £0 ¦ Egg £0
Total Owed: £2,270 (+6k) 11/08/20110 -
Oh you poor thing. I hope it is over soon and you can start to get your life back. You have so much to look forward to Porge your life is just starting! You can make plans and do things and have so much fun. The money is nearly paid off and you have done so well. It took me 4 years to raise £30,000 for my building work and you paid this off so quickly. Imagine what you are capable of. An incredible achievement.
When the coding is over and you have slept, you can do stuff you like - discover new things you wouldn't have considered. Your life is going to change so much this year. I know it. Dead excited for you. Old me worked 20 hours a day, i didn't even know what the weather was like or ever watch tv or go out or eat anything other than toast and snacks. Slowly slowly it is all changing for the better. hooray Porge you are nearly there.
I just posted this to Miche but i am sending it to you too. Nearly there George.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
Glad to see that the tests were OK and that you are trying to take it easy at last. Re the treadmill - could it be used in the garage to keep the noise down George?
