She cant find how 2 shut norton down which is the internet security 2008 ! just tryed 2 send to cd again an it says unable to complete an somethin 2 do with format !! x0

Has it ever been able to burn a CD before? Maybe it is a hardware failure or the cds are coasters. have you tried http://www.filehippo.com/download_cdburnerxp/ yet?0
