pc-rack ? new build.

hi just joined would like to build new pc but pc-rack seems reasonable .
has anyone got feed back on them or if not point me in the right direction for components for new build.
looking to future proof as much as i can so i think amd 64 pci express sata hard drive crucial memory with reasonable graphics card . Any comments ?
thing is i have been saying this for a while but just as i get money together boring stuff like bills and children pets etc jump in the way and take it all away , so what i want is to buy parts slowly starting from the case up to the mobo and processor thinking along the lines that the longer i leave the last the better spec i can get for the money.
