Hi,
I am looking for a new bank account and would like to get some cash back if possible. Unfortunately I have an ISA with A&L so I dont think I will be entitled to the cashback from them. Is there any other accounts offering an offer like the £100 cashback?

Your ISA won't prevent you from bagging a £100 switching incentive*. Don't forget to go through a cashback site such as Quidco for an extra £50.
Co-op are also doing a £100 incentive, as are First Direct.
* Nor will it prevent you from opening an eSaver (with £1 only) through Quidco for an extra £20.
