Summary of costs involved in buying a house - advice please

Just a quick question - I would like to know what fees/costs are involved when buying a house, so as to be able to put the relevant amount aside. Any advice appreciated as I am not sure what I need to budget for so would welcome advice from anyone that has bought or knows this information. Thank you.

Solicitor's fees (can be anything from about £350)
Stamp duty (1% for any property above £125k, 3% any property above £250k)
cost for local searches (£100-£200 depending on what you decide on)
Building surveys, can be included in your mortgage but can be anything up to £450+vat
You'll rack up moving costs and any other associated costs of moving utilities as well.0 -
Plus mortgage arrangement fees, we put aside around £1000 but it can be more!!0
