which dehumidifier

Got a new conservatory this year and am now realising how much condensation they produce as it is all glass and is adjoined to our kitchen.I want to buy a dehumidifier to relive this problem but am unsure which one to buy.there is one on offer in argos at the mo that extracts 20 litres a day for £99.They also do a more compact one for £99 also but this only extracts 10 litres.shall i go for the bigger but better value 20 litre one or the more compact 10 litre.Any advice?

Hi, We bought a DeLonghi dehumidifier this time last year as it was on special offer at Makro. If I remember correctly, we paid around £140. It is absolutely superb and does a wonderful job. As electricity prices have just gone through the roof, might I suggest you look at the consumption figures, as during the winter you will be using it quite a lot. We thought about buying one for quite some time before taking the plunge but I have to say I would thoroughly reccommend them to anyone who has a condensation problem. You'll be amazed how much water they extract. Good Luck.

220w running 24h/day at 8p/unit will cost about 40p a day - however I would be surprised if your house was at 27C with 90% rh (sounds like the Carribean on a cloudy morning)
