Have you tried popping into the local sorting office, just on the off-chance that it's been red-carded? Worth a shot if you think it's been mixed up with the address.

queried my mobile bill as it wasn't what I was expecting... the guy I spoke to said the 83400 texts were costing me 85p a go!!
