Options
hi
I have the sky tv, broadband and taklk bundle but I want rid of sky talk.
Is this possible?
I want to go back to BT cos Sky appear to be ripping me off with their call costs.
At least with BT it's better the devil you know.
I've already sevred my 12 month contract with Sky.

Thanks

Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.

Sky Talk you can usually remove any time after one month, it's the TV that comes with a 12 month subscription - though this may depend if the whole bundle was offered to you at install for a 'special' offer.

Just a case of phoning up BT - number provided above and tell then you want to take all your calls back to them - remove the automatic routing to Sky.
It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!

Me4, have a look at the MSE on 'phone costs; there are lots of override providers. If you go back to BT you'll still have the same problem.

    Take some time and think!
