bodged up signing up-what do i do now please

in short, proceeding to sign up for british gas dual fuel, went through top cash back so as to get £40 cash back, all fine til i get to the bank account details page, the b.g site wouldn't accept my account name, i typed the account name exactly as written on the top of my bank statement(its a joint account), tried capitals, changing & for and, nothing worked, so stupid me left the page to find the help page and of course wasn't allowed back.what do i do. how do i find out whats wrong with my account name that b.g won't accept it, and what would have happened to the tracking of this, if i find out how ,will i be able to start again with fresh tracking.this is my first time on a cashback site- don't want to lose the cashback or waste any longer changing my tarriff. please, please help if you know thanks
