Thanks everyone, he had a fantastic day, and the best party in the world. We invited 40 and only 15 came but a couple of them were siblings of the children. I was amazed as the parents just left their children and they didn't even know me ... MIL said this was normal :o
The children helped themselves to the cupcakes and everyone seemed to have a good time. OH forgot the camera so no pictures were taken at the party but we had a 50ft starry background and loads of black and silver balloons! it looked brilliant. I will put the cupcake stand together today and take a pic with a few of the left over cakes on it.
    Thanks to all :)
