I to was duped by VistaPrint
Rang 08000288251(Jamaica)and cancelled my subscription via Vanessa.
Rang back 10 minutes later, spoke to Sasha, to ask for the email to be sent immediately.The email came immediately.
Spoke to my bank's Dispute Team who sent me a form. This guarenteed a refund of any payments made after the date I attempted to cancel the account with VistaPrint. The bank charge VistaPrint an admin fee between £35 and £300! The bank keep an eye on my account and refund all errant deductions until I have four clear months. If it starts again, as it just might, then you inform your bank.
