Hi All
I hope someone can offer some advice here. We want to improve our telecoms from the office.
We have 2 lines coming into our office and myself and the MD want to be able to spend more time working from home for logistical reasons.
Does anyone have any recommendations on a system that allows incomming calls into the office to be transferred to houses and also for calls to divert there if not answered in the office?
We also want the facilty whereby when we dial out from home, the office number appears on the caller ID of the person being called.
Not much to ask eh!!!
And we DO NOT want to do it via VOIP as we have previous experience of this being lousy over BT lines as they are not fibre!!!
Thanks
Mike

Hi Mj
Have you got a bit more info. Who are you with at the moment for your business telecoms? and it is the same at your home / MD's home?
All the best
Mike

Hi Mike
Thanks for the reply.
This is completely new for us, we want to work the company in a new way so at the moment we justr have standard land lines with no extensions coming into the office and the home locations both have standard landlines coming in.
We are looking at a new system here so any advice is appreciated.
Regards
