How do!!
I read the forums, rang sky, told em I couldn't afford, the jigged around with my package, gave me free line rental and free calls 24/7.
I still wasn't satisfied (they'd forgotten my main reason at this point I couldn't afford), so I enquired about sky plus. They said I could have the box for free but install was £60.
I haggled and haggled, they wouldn't budge. I said I would think about it.
Rang back, said I was going to cancel (remembering you have to give em a months notice and they normally ring you back anyroad) and they asked why. I told em to read their records of the last telecomms and told em it was the £60. If they could do it for free I was on board!!
Bingo.
I am now £10/mth better off with free calls 24/7 and a sky+ box.
Result or wot moneysavers?
