DS1(14) had managed to break the power connection thingy (dead technical I am 
) between his laptop and the electricity.
I took the broken bit into the Harrogate Computer Centre wanting to buy a new bit, but the lovely man just opened a box and gave me a spare one - for no money! What a star.
