well the wife wants £10 each, i'm a bit more realistic and would like to spend approx £20 each.

i've looked at a1 trophies.com and they have some nice stuff and cheap too, but it doesn't state whether the items come on presentation boxes or not. There's also a box for discount codes but a search of the web showed nothing for the codes

For the female why not get her china doll that is named after her. Nice ones are about £20 +. No idea for male.

Or what about trying to source some wine/champers from the year they where born.

why not just get them £18 worth of lottery scratch cards or lottery tickets each and if there numbers come up you will be the most popular uncle around if there numbers dont come up they will have had fun checking.. all my 18th 21st 30th stuff eventually went to car boots or in the bin so although they nice at the time they get binned eventually
