Hi, i need some help in working out a dilema.Basically i always card tart and at present i have my sky card with a balance of just over 2,500.00 on it at 0% till jan.I intend to have paid off most of this by jan, but i would not have paid it all off,whats left i intend to put a small amount on my egg anniversary offer-but i have a small limit on this the rest will still be on the sky card at 16.9%.When i made a payment to tesco credit card, today i was told that if i balance transfer today they can give me a rate of 5.9 for the life of the balance.My question is, should i switch an amount now maybe half,to tesco and then some of this back to egg in jan and keep the rest on sky,as i would have paid the amount owed if i moved half by jan, or should i wait till dec to start looking for a deal.The thing is i don't want to apply for another card just yet as i have quite a few empty ones that i have'nt canxelled yet and i'm not sure if they will offer me this deal again.All help apprecited.

If Tesco are willing to leave their offer open for a while I would leave things as they are until you either get a new card at 0% and transfer to that or, if all else fails you can transfer to Tesco. If the Tesco offer is just for today then ask for some extra time. If they leave it at today or nothing then I'm afraid that you need to decide.

Hi thanks for your reply.I've decided to ask egg to up my limit, so that i can do my BT to them late Dec so that it should go on when sky deal ends.I've decided to leave things and try again next month, hoping they(tesco) will be glad to make some money from me as i've never paid interest-always pay off each month.
