    Ok, I rang NDL,

They went thorugh all of the options for me.

Recommended I open a basic bank account now and transfer the rent payments, council tax etc over to it and cancel all other DD for my credit cards etc. Is it best I go for the Coop one? Do I just phone them up.

He talked about IVAs but said I would need a fair bit of money left over, at least £200 to be able to have one.

Talked about DMP, he said to do mt income and expenditure so Im going to do a SOA in a minute and see what you all think!!

Its scary becasue it could all happen so quickly.

Yep you can ring the co-op and do everything over the phone...or if you have a local branch do it in branch...but remember to tell them of your bankruptcy and that you want to open a "cashminder" accound this is the basic account they offer with online banking and an electron card....the only other basic acc is Barclays..The co-op though very recently have started refusing accounts to people who owed debts to them so as long as they were not one of your creditors you should be ok
