I suggest you ditch IE and use firefox as then you can have multiple
home pages at startup as IE wont let you, If you want to set a page
as a home page do this..

Visit a site i.e http://www.google.co.uk the go to Tools, Internet Options
    General Tab and Use Current.

If you want to stay with IE then you could set Wanadoo up as the homepage and google up as a quick link on the Links bar.

If you want to do the Links bar:
right click on the address bar at the top, ensure LINKS is ticked.
Go to the page you want, ie https://www.google.co.uk and then drag the address (left mouse click and hold down, then move the address onto the Links bar). It will then be there for your to select with just one click.

    Hope that makes sense.

Right click on your desktop and choose New>Shortcut. In the box type https://www.google.com and click OK.

Then use this icon to start IE straight into google, and set up others for any other websites you regularly use.

If you drag it onto the start menu or quick launch bar while holding Ctrl it will copy the icon there too.
