I currently stay with my parents. I am 27, and I should make about £1800 per month this year, My outgoings are about £700 so I should be able to save about £4-500 per month if I stay put could get a depsoit for a mortgae on a flat or something.
or
Rent a flat and get used to paying my own age seen as I am 27! and then try and sort out a mortgae later?
I stay In Scotland so house prices are a lot cheaper here than down south.

All depends on how free and independent you are at your Parents place, which can vary enourmously depending on yourself and your Parents of course.
It's a very personal decision really.
I would ask, how much would a house share cost you if you moved out? Reasonable compromise, I live with a couple using their bargaining power/joint income to save for a place knowing it's going to be tough so they left their pricey flat to house share...0 -
I am fine in my parents house. Only reason I want to move out is because it is embarassing being in the house at 27. But I am wondering if its wroith being skint so I stay myself.0

Dont be embarrased nothing wrong with living with your parents if you are happy.
Start saving up a large deposit so you are in an excellent position to purchase a house when you are ready to.0
