go away you wannabe slum landlord.0

I'm a bit shocked that a landlord (or indeed anyone) needs to ask this question
Sadly I'm not, nor are many other regular visitors.
Supprised the OP didn't put "should I spend the money on a holiday" as many landlords still see the tennant deposit as a nice little bonus for them to keep.Bankruptcy isn't the worst that can happen to you. The worst that can happen is your forced to live the rest of your life in abject poverty trying to repay the debts.0 -

do i have to legally give her this money back?
Is the property now empty? If so, please can you advise on where it is and I'll get you, um.... a tennant.Bankruptcy isn't the worst that can happen to you. The worst that can happen is your forced to live the rest of your life in abject poverty trying to repay the debts.0 -

Your amusement at the responses you got says so much about you. (Even more than the fact that of the 28 posts you've made on the boards so far the vast majority are asking for help from others rather than giving it)
Unfortunately idiots like you bring LLs into disrepute so I think it's worth highlighting that some of the responses in this thread were from other LLs who know how to behave towards tenants..0
