    ...the fee is capped at £35...
    Are you sure? Website T&C's have shown £50 for a long time now.
  • Branch staff were uncertain about the SBT fee when I applied for my card 2 weeks ago. Did the SBT over the phone this week and was told about the £35 fee but then at the point I arranged the transaction was told there was no fee. So the info I noted on the forums elsewhere re: no fee if you apply for the card in branch seemed to work for me

    Back of my statement says clearly that fees are chargeable for transfers and I have only just received that.
