Hi, just need abit of advice, I joined Healthlands gym and signed a 12 months contract, the gym then got taken over by a different company called Seena Health which put the price up. I called nd spoke to the manager who said i could cancel the contract as they were no longer Healthlands. This was in feb 2008. I have had a letter today saying I owe Seena health money because I signed a contract for 12 months. Is this right? Any info would be greatly received

Did you actually cancel or did they just tell you that you could cancel?
I assume you may have had to put your cancellation in writing.0 -
Is this the first and only letter you have had regarding this?0
