i placed an order on 27th august for 2 black bath sheets, total £14 inc postage.

i am yet to receive this order. they money has been taken. i phoned last week and was told someone would phone me back but they didnt.

i phoned again on thursday 4th sept and was told they were being sent on fri 5th sept for delivery on sat 6th sept, but i still haven't received anything.

i have tried phoning again today but they are constantly engaged.

is anyone else experiencing the same problems? does anyone else have a different phone number for them?

Funny you should say that - my order came on the 1st, but 2 items were incorrect, instead of black bath sheets I got aqua!
I rang them and they said they would collect them and deliver the correct items at the same time. I said were they sure they still had the black ones as they are no longer on their site and they assured me they did.
Anyway, the courier came to collect them but had no parcel for me so I said that he couldn't have them!
At just £5 a bath sheet I'd prefer to have them in the wrong colour than none at all as it was only for my son to take to school for his shower after PE - hence the black! lol
Will have to give them a ring tomorrow but I bet they say they won't send them out before they get mine back....:rolleyes:

I placed an order as soon as I saw the offer. The money has been taken out of my account but no sign of the towels. My order status said 'processing' I called them a couple of days ago and was told that the aqua towels I ordered weren't available. I told them my order was just sitting there and they had taken the money from me. The lady I spoke to was helpful and said she would call me back. She rang yesterday and offered me a refund or alternative so I got a different colour and my order is now showing as complete and is on its way. This is an excellent offer but I wonder what would have happened if I hadn't rang them cos they certainly weren't contacting me. Can't wait to get the towels now.

If anyone has an order stuck as 'processing' it might be worth contacting them cos they've got your cash!
