Cheap, economical car with low insurance?

Insurance is not always based on insurance group alone. I am sure there are other factors determined by the actual brand and type of the vehicle itself.0

Only 16k miles means it driven mainly in short town trips which is not good for the engine, although it has full history which is very good (make sure the service history is genuine, not just made up stamp marks). A tad over priced I think, but as long as it gives you no problems for a good few years then its fine.0

The parkers guide reckons my x reg skoda fabia 1.9 TDI would fetch £1500 part ex. Perosnally I think its worth more but I rekcon lower spec, higher mileage models would be available at that price.
The Elegance spec is a lower insurance group though as it has immobiliser, alarm etc - not that anyone would nice a skoda though
matched betting: £879.63
