Remove 2 load bearing walls & chimney breast

Hi everyone,
I have had a quote today which I think is a bit unreasonable and would like your advice.
They have quoted £4260 plus VAT to:
Remove 2 load bearing walls and install rsj's (which I will supply)
Remove chimney breast in dining room and bedroom above
Build stud wall and fit pocket door system (I will buy pocket door system)
The price is purely for labour amd does not include skip hire or rubble removal. He said it would roughly take 2 men a week. That equates to £62/hour which seems ridiculous.
I'm from North Lincolnshire if that helps.
I am currently getting 4 other quotes but I hope they aren't all that high!
Is that a reasonable quote or do they just not want to do the work?
Any advice appreciated
