Template letter to enforcement company said
"This alleged debt is in dispute. I have written to your principal on a number of occasions and they have failed to substantiate their claim.
In the circumstances please refer this matter back to your client.
Any further correspondence from you in relation to this matter may result in a complaint to the authorities under the Protection From Harassment Act 1997."
They have ignored this and NOW sent a FINAL DEMAND LETTER so i am going to wait and see what happens next. If it does go to court surely they cannot demand £95?0 -

You should not dispute the debt. You should DENY it.0 -
Hi,
I ignored these people for a couple of months. After which I received a letter stating the following "FAILURE TO PAY THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT IN THE TIME SPECIFIED WILL RESULT IN EURO CAR PARKS FORWARDING THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT TO A DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY" Needless to say I received a letter from Wescot asking for address verification for myself!! Now I dont know what to do other than to call up and pretend I am not at this address anymore? I could really do with some advice on this one. I followed everything that people on here posted, 'Don't pay, Don't respond but now a debt collection agency is involved :-( Is this just an empty threat?0 -
I've had a ticket from them today. This might sounds peculiar but I've been trying to get one for ages!0

Don't bother. If you "appeal", you'll be unsuccessful because there is no such thing as an appeal - why would there be? They want your cash. And once they have you hooked, they'll continue to bother you.
May as well just ignore them.0
