Tesco grrrrrr

No surprise about another Tesco vent!!
I had a delivery turn up on Tuesday 8th.
Ordered some booze, :beer:
one box of Stella 20x440ml can's 9.99
one box of kronenbourg1664 20x330ml bottle's 9.99.
However Tesco decide that the Stella wasn't available, and substitute it for Grolsch 24x440ml can's?? _pale_
This would of been fine if i had wanted any substitution's :mad: or would of still be fine if it wasn't priced @ 16.99!!
Better still sent it back with the driver, as your supposed to do :T
thought maybe get a refund in a day or two!! :rotfl: just got off the phone to C/S and the nice lady said "oh that will take about two week's" :eek: i said "oh that's ?*()+!! and %£$*-# with on top :money: " no way two week's??
Also whilst on the phone got a refund £1.39 for 8 cox apple's that lQQed more like they were used as cricket ball's :mad: !!

I can sympathise with you on this. I have only had Home Delivery from Tesco half a dozen times and every single time there has been something wrong with the order and I have had to get on to Head Office. I even kept my orders really simple - like 12 bottles of wine and 4 pints of milk and they still messed that up - by 'losing' the wine and bringing milk with a use by the following day...

IMO it is simply not worth the time or effort involved. I would rather go to the store myself and get what I need - plus one or two misprices while I am there if they are true to form!
