Smile - supposedly closed account still open!

I asked smile to close my online account with them in June, they sent me a message saying once I replied to their message after the £12.10 paid off still owing they would close it. I replied to them immediately after paying off the amount. I have now just double checked and they have wacked on £45 worth of service charges on a nil balance. I have just sent them an angry online message saying I replied to their message to close it in June. No reply yet but I am really annoyed and no way am I paying a stupid charge like that!:mad:
