I am wanting to call neice in Brunei (army). Has anyone experience of using access codes (there are a lot) through Virgin media. What is your experience and can you recommend an access provider. Virgin have quoted £1.11 per minute to use their system which is a joke.
Thanks in anticipation.

At that sort of ridiculous price, it'll be worth you working your way through what's on offer via the MSE International CallChecker until you find one which is reliable (Virgin are supposed to charge the same as BT - shown on the CallCheckers - for calls to 0844 numbers).wendyrobson wrote: »I am wanting to call neice in Brunei (army). Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -
If you fancy trying VoIP, http://www.lowratevoip.com/en/calling-rates.html has free calls to Brunei (well, free in the sense that if you buy some call credit you get 200 inclusive minutes per week for 30 days before it starts using up the credit you bought).
If you have a package that includes UK calls, they have a set of UK geographical access numbers you can use to access the service. Alternatively, you can use it from a PC, as a phone-to-phone service initiated from the website, or from a SIP device.Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks

Thanks, going to use skype when neice gets set up with internet. Have just tried an access number which seems to have worked but won't know for sure until the bill arrives.0
