Tesco Insurance £50 cashback

Has anybody taken out Home insurnace with Mr T. within the last couple of months ?
Have taken out a new Home insurance cover with them on 12-07-08 and have just noticed that they will give you £50 worth of shopping/fuell vouchers if policy taken out between August and 17-09-08.As we took out a new policy in July , does anybody think I should contact Mr T. and see if I can get the £50 offer or am I just being too cheeky by asking ?
Wondered whether to send them a gentle/polite email but cannot seem to find a contact email address , or ring them and ask them directly?

thanks

I may be way off the mark here, but I don't think there are many (if any) home insurance policies that would pay out if your fridge/freezer broke down. They would pay for accidental damage (if you dropped it while moving it or something) if you had taken out accidental damage cover, but for a standard electrical breakdown (if that was what it was - i.e. it just stopped working) you wouldn't be covered on your home insurance (would you?) - that's why appliance manufacturers offer their own warranties.

Youre home (contents) insurance would just pay out for the contents of the freezer if anything happened , power cut etc
where you bought the freezer from (ours is Currys) you can pay a small monthly amount (eg £3-79) for breakdown cover for the life of the F/F.Then when it breaks down in , for example ,8 Years , you'll get a new one (although it would cost us 96 X £3-79)
