Does one bet on black and one on red = two bets in a single roll?

No, most likely this will count as a single wager.
Also, am I correct in thinking using your method that at 97% your 10 bets of £2 are likely to get you somewhere in the region between £8 and £10?

I think that sounds like the safest possible method to walk away with free cash.

I was not clear with my working here. If you gamble all £20 by this method (£10 on red, £10 on black) you will "win" £20 ~97% of the time and lose it all ~3% of the time. If you repeat this 10 times, you will end up with £20 ~76% of the time, and zilch, zotto, zero, nothing the remaining 24%. I was suggesting doing this with a stake of £2 in order to reduce your variance, so that if you do it with £2 and repeat 100 times, you'll probably end up with about £14-20. By this method this would actually be £1 on red and £1 on black.

    Make sense?
  • Yes, perfect. Thanks.

As for doing this through 'wepromiseto', can you sign up to them through a parent cashback site to earn that way, too?

If not, give me your referal link and I'll sign up via you.. if you're a member.

Perhaps this thread would have been best placed on the gambling board, where more assistance could be given on getting the best chances of return?

Anyhows, I registered for this a couple of weeks ago and so far have banked £21, and £32... plus i still have my £18 of chips still to play.
The 2 amounts i banked appeared in my account within 3 working days. :j

Blackjack is what i've won mine on.

I played the Tomb Raider slot machine doing 15 lines @ 10p = £1.50 per spin. I got up to £140.20 (without really understanding what was going on) then withdrew my winnings. I requested a withdrawl on Saturday and the money was in my account by Thursday morning.

There is a option to try out the slot games for free to 'practice' but it's basically a case of either you win or lose, there are no holds, nudges etc to get used to.
The fridge is empty, the walls are damp, there's no hot water

  • T&C states:
    16. All winnings from this promotion will be paid into a bonus account.
    17. The winnings must be turned over 10 times before being removed from the bonus account..
does this mean you now can't take out money over £20 (unless you bet through 10 times)?

Some of the terms and conditions

    # All winnings from this promotion will be paid into a bonus account.
    # The winnings must be turned over 10 times before being removed from the bonus account..
    # Turnover/play on Slots and Parlour casino games (Keno and Scratchcard) count 100% towards the turnover requirement for the bonus.
    # Turnover/play on Video Poker, Blackjack (all), Craps, Roulette (all), Baccarat, All Aces and Holdem High casino games count 10% towards the turnover requirement for the bonus.
    # Turnover/play on Casino War, Sic Bo, Table Poker, and Red Dog casino games count 50% towards the turnover requirement for the bonus.

Appears that you will need to wager £2000 on roulette before you can withdraw the bonus money. I'm not sure you would be allowed to remove the bonus money before completing the WR.

The old thread seems to suggest it is possible to bank the winnings before completing the wr. but there may have been a change in t&c

The only MoneySaving way to gamble is to do it with someone else's money.

Which is exactly what investment bankers do.

I've just read through the terms and, as pointed out by misskool, turnover for roulette only counts as 10%. So that is £2000 wagers before withdrawing the bonus money.

It is highly disturbing that posts from people who are experienced in exploiting these loopholes and which were expressing doubts about the suggestions or pointing out t&c problems have been deleted overnight.

In addition the suggestions to remove live links were ignored - clicking on a live link provides the receiving site with full information on where the click came from, so Ladbrokes are now well aware that the thousands of bonus abusers who tried this out came from MSE, and so can deal with them selectively.

On the face of it this is a one way bet. However the chances of being allowed to withdraw winnings is extremely remote given the amount it will have been abused, so you're left with the prospect of betting £2000 on roulette to clear the bonus, which will take a long time to do and you will lose unless you can beat the house edge (good luck). T&C state winnings go into a bonus account, and even if this didn't actually happen when the initial research was done, you can be sure they will this morning after a few thousand signups via this site. So essentially it's vaguely possible that a few early birds may make a profit, but everyone else will be grinding out for ages for nothing at all. I'd be amazed if there were not people doing this for the free cash didn't see the £200 signup match bonus too and try to get that without understanding how difficult it is to get out without a loss: this was certainly the case with many of the free bingo promotions that have run over the past 12 months or so.

So this appears to me to be far more about promoting the MSE brand via an attention grabbing headline in the newsletter than producing a viable loophole from which anyone can make actual money: otherwise, why delete the posts pointing out the problems? There are real experts on this sort of thing here, but no-one was even asked for advice on how to play this sort of bonus.

The smart way of doing this offer is probably to try to double up the £20 twice - there's a one in four chance of doing this, roughly - then bet 36 red 36 black 2 zero 27 times, losing £54 of the £80 to complete the WR with a £26 profit. Not everyone will win but it'll be quick.

Alternatively £40 red £40 black 25 times on the quadrupled bonus gives you a £80 potential profit with a one in 35 chance of making nothing.

If people want a sure fire way of being able to withdraw the 20 quid in it's entirity, theere's a way of playing blackjack that gives the best odds possible and you'll only lose a small bit of the 20 quid over the required amount of plays. Then again, there are quicker methods.
