In the OP there is a "step by step guide".

Did you complete all of step one?
  • can anybody tell me, please, how you know how many times you've played the bonus? i've had a look on the account info and can't seem to find it... haven't been keeping track so i hope it is stored somewhere! thanks

Ah ok, done it now. I assumed it would be credited automatically. Serves me right for not reading it properly!

    I’m confused.

I managed to win and ‘withdraw’ £40, but the above posts and the T&C’s state that winnings have to be bet through a certain amount of times before being withdrawn. So I guess I shouldn’t get too excited about the money until it actually shows up in my account, right? As if the conditions above are correct, I’m not eligible to withdraw it!

Also, how is it possible to turn over all winnings ten times? What portion of the winnings must be turned over – your first win? Or all wins in one game? What if you win when betting with your winnings? I’m confusing myself even more, and this probably doesn’t make much sense. I guess my point is that the T&Cs aren’t very clear on withdrawing winnings!

I bet £5 and won £5. I transfered that £5 into my sports account. But now it says I have nothing in my casino account (and £5 in my sports account)??

    Anyone experienced this?

Yes, it's been changed so that you will now forfeit any bonus when you have banked the money. You've made £5.

you can't see it if you are playing the web version. In the download version there is a gameplay check which stores all your bets

They are very clear (or I've spent too long reading bookie terms and conditions :) )

You have to turn over the bonus 10x, you have to bet £200 worth of bets before withdrawing. However, games such as roulette and blackjack only count for 10% of the £200 you have to bet so if you play those you will need to bet £2000.

I can't say if you will or won't receive your money.
