Plexus Wireless-G Access Point connecting to Orange Livebox

Hi,
I'm using Windows XP (SP2) and have Orange Broadband with wireless Livebox (although my PC is wired to it usually).
I bought the Plexus wireless-G to use with my xbox 360 but so far setting up the Plexus to connect wirelessly to the Livebox has been unsuccessful.
It finds the livebox ok but is unable to connect.
When I connected my laptop I was able to use the network connection wizard in windows and entered the router key.
The wireless router doesn't appear in the network connections directory when I have just the plexus connected to my PC though and the setup site of the Plexus doesn't appear to let me type in the key anywhere.
Any suggestions folks? Advice would be greatly appreciated
