Problem with a buyer

I sold a dress last week for about £9 which was much less than the £65 I paid for it but I have never worn it and it was just stuck in my wardrobe so I wasnt bothered.

Anyway the buyer paid by PAypal and left a positive feedback.

Now has sent me a snotty email saying the zip is broke and coming away. I dont see how this could have happened. I also dont see why they didnt notice this before leaving positive feedback.

If paypal get involved what will happen?

My first time of having trouble with a buyer in 3 years. Should count myself as lucky really.

thanks

  • She might be trying to pull a fast one - I have had loads of trouble with people saying stuffs dirty etc when I know it wasn't. Ask her to send the item back to you. When you do that people normally back off!

Because theyv left you positive now PayPal wont do anything to you ... so dont worry.

The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's too late to stop reading it ....

I think that maybe you might want to have a good read of the various paypal requirements and terms and conditions if you plan to sell on ebay. Feedback is completely immaterial, it makes no difference at all to the outcome of a paypal claim.
