Wireless TV?

Am thinking along these lines. Computer with digital tuner conected to conventional ariel point wireless router.

If I then have a laptop in on the wireless network with its own digital tuner can I watch live tv on that anywhere in the house? ie walk around with the laptop with no wires connected to it?

I was just about to get this little gadget - which is probably an easier way to do it.

I'd be interested to hear your experiences, as I'm planning on getting one of these when I go to uni (so I don't have to lug a 14-inch telly 200 miles at the start and end of each term)!
