Hi Guys
If anyone can help with with this problem id be most gratefull.
Firstly, my mother was contacted somewhere around the 11th August from the above company about reclaiming her bank charges for her. Stupidly she was hooked in and she gave her card details over to them for payment. She agreed to have them work on 3 accounts. According to there site they charge £74.95 per account.
Two days later they charged her £235. Now, that seems abit naughty seen as they know (according to there website) that theres a stop on all the reclaiming. Shes already put a claim in to one of them just before the waiver.
My questions are:
Has anyone ever dealt with companies like this?? and
Is she entitled to her money back??
Thanks in advanced guys
Tony

Hi
Theres a 14 day money back refund policy, but they rang up on the 11th and was agreed, then the money left my mums account on the 14th.
Now there saying according to there system the money entered there account on the 11th and can get no refund. Surely because its says on the mothers statement that the money left on the 14th she should get a refund??
Any info would be gratefull

Also, according to there website there telling new customers that no claims can be made before the test case, she wasnt told that over the phone.
Also, they said it would cost £74.95, not £74.95 per account0 -
Sorry for another reply.
May I add that my mother also asked them today "Why did you tell me that you can get my bank charges back when theres a hold on all reclaiming"
and there reply was
"We can get around that"
Is there a way?0 -

just so you know, the money may have debited her balance immediately, there are a few different balances with banks, the statement balance always shows transactions a few days after you made them, as the transaction takes time to clear through the merchant services and stuff, so anyway i would go from the 11th, if there is a cooling off period, read the t and cs and complain to them from that point, also make a complaint to the ombudsman/trading standards, ive gotta say it seems unlikely that she will get her money back, the bank cant do anything unfortunately, but i hope she does get it back and good luck0 -
