For xmas I received a subscription to Company magazine, which came with a free gift (perfume). I started to recieve the magazines, no problems. But it reached March and I still hadn't received the free gift.
I rang them (an 0845 number may I add) and they said they would resend it to me, this went on. I would ring them every month, nothing would come of it. In July I called them and they said this gift had run out and I could have a different gift, but she didn't have a list and would get back to me. No reply.
Finally in August I called them again, I made sure they had all my details correct so there was no accuses, and they said they would call me back. It took 3 weeks but I got a call saying I would receive some Body Shop items. It received a couple of days later, but it was nothing special, no letter of apology or anything.
Also, I rang to change my address in May. I didn't receive my next issue, so I called them once again. All they had changed of my address was the door number...
Sorry for going on for so long, but what should I do now?? I'm not calling them again?? A letter??

i took out a mag sub and was suposed to get a free xbox 360 game, i gotta game but not the one i chose in fact its the worse game out there. i promptly cancelled the subs.
but as it was a gift maybe you should just keep pestering em or cancel it.No Unapproved or Personal links in signatures please - FT30 -
i stopped my subs with them in summer of 06 after they stopped sening out the free gifts that were with the issues in the shops, they said it was coz of 'higher delivery costs'. and that i would receive a letter. its now aug 2008 and i still aint got the letter. i cancelled the subs aswell. the cheeeeek!
no other mag does that that i know of. maybe its just natmags?!
id suggest you cancel your subs and get your unmailed money back. i think those gifts your own money back tho have a disclaimer saying 'while stocks last'.
also always change your details online rather than by phone. most mags are on http://www.subscription.co.uk/help/0
