in Credit cards
 My wife and I got iPledge credit cards earlier this year, which pay 0.8% cashback. Today we both got letters beginning "We are making some changes to your iPledge card." They then told us that the card is being withdrawn.
 I rang them. It turns out that the card is being discontinued for all customers, not just us. We will be sent Lloyds TSB Platinum cards with the same credit limits but - you're way ahead of me - no cashback. The new cards will be sent from 18 Dec. onwards. When I pointed out that they would get held up in the Xmas rush, the guy candidly admitted that that might not have been thought through.
 Obviously we will tell Lloyds TSB what they can do with their Platinum cards. I will have to read Martin's articles to see what credit card to get now.

Greenwich I would suggest you try for Egg Money card. 1% money back (2% 16th Nov. - 10th Dec.) Good luck.
