Quick question on cashminder charges

I was about to apply for a co-op Cashminder account after hearing good things about them here, but I have a question I hope someone here may be able to help with.

I read through the terms and conditions, and it states

Cash withdrawals at VISA or PLUS dispensers or over the counter at a bank displaying the VISA sign. 2% of value of withdrawal or £2 (whichever is the greater)

Does this mean it will charge the greater of 2% or £2 when I withdraw cash from a cash machine, or are VISA PLUS dispensers different to LINK cashmachines? I've never given much attention to cash machines before, so I’m not sure if they're different, any help would be appreciated.

Withdrawals from a LINK ATM are free. Non-LINK ATMs will charge the fee.

Stick to mainstream banks and you'll be OK.
