Hi all,
I wondered if someone was able to help me, I am in the early stages of creating a new website on which I want to use a series of background images, so 1 per page.
The problem is, when I publish it and preview it in a browser the images take a few seconds to load. I understand that on first viewing the images have to be retrieved from the server as when I revisit the page it loads straight away.
I have tried reducing the size of the images but that didnt help, is there anything I can do to stop this as it looks really unprofessional. The background images are in a seperate style sheet at the moment, I thought about taking it out and putting it into the page instead, would that help?
Thank you in advance
Bronzie.
